Syaifulloh (37) is a graduate of the barber training program organized by YIIM and INSIGHT in 2018. He is one of the alumni who successfully completed the training and was given the opportunity to intern with YIIM. After completing the program, Ipul submitted a business proposal and received a grant in the form of barbershop equipment from YIIM and INSIGHT to start a mobile barber business through the D’Kapster application.

He has also obtained professional certification from BNSP. As a result, since 2020, he has been entrusted by YIIM to serve as a trainer in the Barbershop training program. His hard work and perseverance have led to the establishment of his own barbershop, named Maximal Barbershop, which now serves as a source of income for both himself and his family.
